Team Member Benefits

Team members at Travel Mart enjoy a wide range of benefits including competitive pay and flexible schedules to fit your busy lifestyle. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental and vision insurance, along with paid time off and 401(k) with employer matching.
Full-time Travel Mart team members qualify for affordable healthcare, dental and vision insurance, with the company contributing a percentage of the premiums once employment eligibility requirements are met.
Full-time Travel Mart team members qualify for life and accidental death insurance once employment eligibility requirements are met. This premium is 100% covered by the company!
Eligible team members are invited to participate in the company’s 401k matching and profitsharing programs.

Competitive Compensation

Travel Mart's internal training program will help you hone a variety of skills, including customer service, time management, and multitasking, all while offering competitive wages. All team members enjoy employee discounts, while non-management employees participate in tip pooling and management employees are eligible for performance-based bonuses.

Additional Benefits

PTO: All full-time team members are eligible for Paid Time Off starting at the one-year anniversary of their hire date
Disability Insurance: Travel Mart pays most of the premium for the optional long-term disability insurance plan. Short-term disability insurance plans funded by the employee are also available
Employee Assistance Program: All full-time team members are eligible for the Employee Assistance Program
Employee Discounts: All Travel Mart team members receive employee discounts at all Travel Mart locations, as well as at our sister company TMart Operations’ Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins locations
Tips and Bonuses: non-management team members participate in tip pooling in accordance with state and local laws. Management team members are eligible for bonuses based on financial performance and other key business metrics.
Scholarships: Team members and dependents are eligible for up to $1500 per semester in scholarships to advance post-secondary learning
